Fees and Terms of Service are agreed upon between the client and SARAH SAVES THE DAY before service begins. Fees are determined by the services you request and the number of hours required.
What method of payment do you accept?
SARAH SAVES THE DAY currently accepts cash, personal/company checks and major credit cards.
Can I trust you with my personal information?
SARAH SAVES THE DAY guarantees that all information learned during work for a client will be kept strictly confidential. When you become a client, you will receive a copy of our Client Agreement which ensures confidentiality.
Are there services that you provide that are not listed on the website?
Absolutely! While SARAH SAVES THE DAY has listed services most likely to be requested, we are happy to provide other services that you need. However, we reserve the right to refuse service on legal or ethical grounds.
How much notice is needed for a request for services?
While SARAH SAVES THE DAY prefers 48 hours notice of service needs, we will endeavor to meet any last minute requests.
What are your business hours?
SARAH SAVES THE DAY business office hours are 8:00 am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday and we are also available by appointment beyond business office hours.
